Ajith Balakumar
CEO & Co-Founder
Drives Forthcode’s vision to transform aviation through inflight digital platforms and AI innovation. With 20+ years in technology, product strategy, and leadership, he has led multiple global digital transformations. An alumnus of NIT Calicut, IIM Bangalore, and the Stockholm School of Economics, he blends technical depth with entrepreneurial insight to advance Forthcode’s mission of redefining aviation’s digital experience.
Venkatesh V Krishnan
Principal Advisor
With nearly 30 years in technology and aviation, he has led major digital and product transformations across airlines, airports, and retail sectors worldwide. As former Head of Products and Delivery at Qatar Airways, he advanced the airline’s digital experience through mobility, analytics, and enterprise systems, combining strategic vision with deep domain expertise and proven leadership.
Nibin Jacob Panicker
SVP Technology
With over 20 years in software architecture and product engineering, he has built large-scale enterprise systems across aviation, mobility, and travel tech. Formerly with Hitachi Vantara and IBS Software, he led architecture and R&D for complex digital platforms. A BITS Pilani alumnus with a Master’s in Software Systems, he brings deep expertise in scalable design and product innovation.

Director Operations
With extensive experience in operations and technology management, she oversees Forthcode’s end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency and delivery excellence. Previously at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, she contributed to major enterprise initiatives. A Computer Science graduate from the University of Jammu, she brings strong leadership in process optimization and team enablement.

With over a decade of experience in software product development, he leads the Catering Management Product at Forthcode, driving innovation and efficiency across aviation operations. A Computer Science graduate, he brings strong expertise in product design, development, and delivery, combining technical depth with a keen understanding of user needs and operational workflows to create scalable, high-impact solutions.
